At FRAMA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the progress of your return back to our warehouse.
